Well it’s that yummy time of year again with our favourite restaurants showcasing their delectable fare. And WOW, are us vegetarians finally being catered for or what!? Over 30 restaurants have designed special Dine in Dublin menus that specifically cater for vegetarians.

Here is a list of the restaurants and their vegetarian meals on offer which will satisfy even the most fussy and discerning taste buds!

 

1. 101 Talbot

For Starter: Poached Pear, Crozier Blue Cheese and Walnut Salad with a Honey and Mustard Dressing
Main Course: Butternut Squash, Black Eye Bean, Spinach and Aubergine Curry, Basmati Rice, Chutney, Toasted Peanuts

For Starter: Bruschetta Carnevale – topped with pesto Genovese, warm goat cheese, chargrilled yellow peppers and Italian olive
Main Course: Lasagna ai funghi Porcini – layers of pasta, mozzarella, Porcini mushrooms, freshly grated Grana Trentino
Main Course: Mushroom and truffle ravioli with parmigiano fonduta and aged balsamic reduction
Main Course:  Risotto with cream of butternut squash, asparagus and white truffle oil

For Starter:  Goat Cheese & Polenta – Polenta topped with roasted beetroot and Ardsallagh goats cheese, sundried tomato pesto, baby leafs
Main Course: Wild Mushroom Risotto – Risotto tossed with wild mushrooms and asparagus topped with parmesan shavings and rocket

For Starter: Wild Mushroom Soup with parmesan, truffle oil and pickled enoki

5. Café en Seine

For Starter: Herbed Goats Cheese Parfait with Beetroot Gel, Rocket Leaves, Toasted Walnuts, Manzanilla Sherry and Honey Dressing
Main Course: Panko Crumbed Risotto Balls with Mushroom and Goats Cheese, Roast Red Pepper Salsa, Rocket Leaves

 

6. Cornucopia

Leafy green salad and your choice of two more salads, a small soup (raw or hot), vegan pate or hummus, raw sesame crackers and a green juice (cucumber, celery and apple)

For Starter: Home-made Beetroot and Hazelnut Dip served with warm pita bread and hand cut vegetable crudités
Main Course:  Organic Quinoa, Chickpea and Cous Cous Cakes with Feta Cheese and Basil with a Spicy Tomato and Red Pepper Sauce, Julienne of Fresh Vegetables and a Crisp and Fresh Side Salad.

20. Red Torch Ginger
