Set within the specially designed 1843 Tearooms beside the Museum, Arnotts invites everyone to tickle their taste buds and satisfy their sweet tooth from one of their two menus available.

In addition, the savoury options include mini buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup, fresh blueberries, toasted pecans and crème fraiche, as well as special 1843 Crumpets with bacon and toasted nuts, and oat granola with Glenilen yoghurt.

If you have a bigger appetite, the Afternoon Tea option will spoil you with a three-tiered cake stand. Tier 1 will include freshly baked scone with clotted cream and extra berry preserve, homemade fruitcake that’s been soaked in Jameson Irish Whiskey, a mini Victoria Sponge with elderflower and berry compote.

Tier 2 consists of more savoury delights including cucumber & dill finger sandwiches, Irish oak smoked salmon on Guinness bread, egg & watercress triangles, as well as honey glazed ham & mustard finger sandwiches.

Finally, Tier 3 allows you to indulge in Iced Fancies, vintage macaroons, mini coffee eclairs, and lemon & elderflower tartlets that are topped with meringue.

Of course, if you’re going for the full experience, Prosecco and wine is available by either the glass or bottle. Prosecco will costs €9.50 per glass or €38 per bottle; while wine is only an additional €7 per glass or €28 per bottle.
