Cloudy Bay Wine Announce Collaboration with SOLE Seafood and Grill
SOLE Seafood and Grill invites you to enjoy their SOLE Seafood towers with New Zealand’s finest wine, Cloudy Bay.
From November 1st, diners choosing one of SOLE’s Seafood Towers can now enjoy the freshest seafood accompanied by one of Marlborough’s best wines, Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc.
The SOLE Afternoon Tower serves up Howth smoked Irish organic salmon, Dublin Bay prawn cocktail and rock oysters accompanied with raspberry and shallot vinaigrette, lemon and tabasco served over ice and pan-roast Irish brown crab claws and streamed West Cork mussels with white wine and garlic cream served steaming hot. SOLE’s Afternoon Tower with a bottle of Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc costs €95.50 per tower per person (€29.50 per tower + €65 per bottle).
The SOLE Seafood Tower includes Howth smoked Irish organic salmon, Dublin Bay prawn cocktail and rock oysters with traditional accompaniments served over ice, and pan-roast Irish brown crab claws and steamed West Cork mussels with white wine and garlic cream served steaming hot. SOLE’s Seafood Tower with a bottle of Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc costs €140 per tower for two people sharing as an entrée (€75 per tower + €65 per bottle).
The SOLE Captain Seafood Tower includes Howth smoked Irish organic salmon, shrimp and Dublin Bay prawns and rock oysters with traditional accompaniments served over ice, and grilled Irish lobster, Irish brown crab toes and steamed West Cork mussels with white wine and garlic cream served steaming hot. Served with a bottle of Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc the SOLE Captain Seafood Tower costs €180 per tower for two people sharing as an entrée (€115 per tower + €65 per bottle or €16.25 by the glass).
