Dry January just got a whole lot easier thanks to Wagamama

Written by Jess Glynn on January 16, 2017. Posted in Food

If you’re anything like us, you’re probably counting down the days until this whole ‘Dry January’ thing comes to an end. But just when we thought we had lost all hope, Wagamama introduced their colourful range of fresh juices and – we can’t believe we’re saying this but – we can’t get enough of those healthy vibes!

Here’s the top picks you’re going to want to try:

The ‘Blueberry Spice’:
Prepare your taste buds for the tantalising flavours of the Blueberry Spice. When you mix the tastes of tangy blueberry, crisp apple, carrot and ginger – you get a deep, rich purple with flickers of red and orange. Now if that doesn’t brighten up your day, we don’t know what will!

The ‘Super Green’ Juice:
Nothing tastes better than fresh and nothing lifts the soul like a splash of colour – that’s a fact! The Super Green is made with crisp apple, fresh mint, celery and lime. It’s a mix made in heaven and a feast for the eyes.

And last but certainly not least…

The ‘Positive’ Juice:
If you’re looking to put a real pep in your step, this juice is bursting with fresh, sweet ingredients which pack a real punch! Swop out those January blues for greens with this combination of apples, spinach, pineapple, cucumber and lime.

Here are some of the many benefits of the Positive Juice:
1. Spinach is rich in iron which helps to restore energy + increase vitality.
2. Spinach is also a great source of vitamins A, C + K
3. Fresh pineapple is extremely low in calories + full of vitamin C.
4. Pineapple also contains serotonin, the ‘happy hormone’ which boosts your mood!

Get down to Wagamama this week and test them out for yourself. Make sure to send us in a photo with #DineInDublin and we’ll share our favourite pics on our Instagram account!
