Congratulations Andrew Rudd from the Medley on the launch of the new book Entertaining with Andrew Rudd.
Andrew has turned a lifelong passion for food into a successful and expanding career, primarily providing cookery demonstrations, private catering and fine dining to food lovers nationwide. Andrew has had a fascination with food for over 20 years and has explored the culinary delights of many cities around the world, and has featured on TV3’s Ireland AM breakfast show over the years. Last year, Andrew was the Head Chef of the Dine In Dublin Media Launch Event that took place in his venue Medley on Drury Street, in the Creative Quarter.
As part of his skills, Andrew has also demonstrate how to cook sophisticated recipes that are quick, simple and stress free during his private classes. With easy to follow recipes the students are trained to easily create gourmet meal in the comfort of their home. Andrew provides to his students ideas and the confidence to prepare meals for everyday life as well as interesting ideas for dinner parties. A fantastic way to enhance your cooking skills and most importantly have the craic while doing it!
