House of Peroni is back in Dublin
The House of Peroni Residency returns to Dublin this July.
Running from Thursday, 5th July, until Sunday, 15th July, 2018, The House of Peroni Residency is an exciting pop up space complete with terrazza bar, kitchen, and fashion studio at 130-133 St Stephen’s Green (the old Dandelion Bar) just off Grafton Street in Dublin 2.
It’s home of Sprezzatura, championing up and coming craftsmanship and creativity across food, drink and fashion. The restaurant and bar food menus are created by celebrated young chefs, Grainne O’Keefe of Clanbrassil House and Hugh Higgins, formerly of Luna. Together, Grainne and Hugh have worked with the best Irish food producers to create a mouth-watering menu of contemporary Italian dishes to be served in both the restaurant and bar at The House of Peroni Residency.
On the drinks front, Federico Riezzo will reprise his role as the drinks curator for the two-week House of Peroni Residency. To accompany the array of tasty Italian food, Peroni Nastro Azzurro will be served, along with Peroni Gluten Free, Peroni Ambra and some new Peroni infusions.
The House of Peroni for the first time ever, will offer one Irish fashion designer a mentorship programme, as well as a residency in a fashion studio space in London, with a presentation of their work at London Fashion week. Irish-Italian stylist and creative director, Aisling Farinella, will curate a fashion installation at The House of Peroni Residency in Dublin, showcasing work by the chosen Irish designer.
There is no admission fee and no booking required for general entry. To book a table in the restaurant, please contact email@example.com. Restaurant walk-ins will be accommodated on a first come first served basis. Over 18s only.
