Written by Husband and wife duo Neal and Jenny Magee run 101 Talbot, a jewel of a city centre restaurant whose focus has always been on the freshness and quality of their ingredients. Aptly named after its location on Talbot Street, the dishes reflect Neal’s skill as a chef perfectly. The restaurnat is also a popular spot for theatre goers, beloved by those attending a show before taking their seats in the Abbey Theatre or the Gate Theatre.
