Saba sparkle with their Christmas Cocktails
Saba has always had a soft spot for Christmas and this is the time of year when they want to add that little extra sparkle and glitz to some of their Christmas inspired cocktails!
These bespoke cocktails have been created by their mixologist’s to pair with some of Saba’s favourite dishes available throughout the Christmas period. They’ve made sure to suit everyone’s spirit preferences, from gin to rum – they have everyone in mind this cocktail festive season.
Their cocktails this Christmas include:
Santa Baby: Finlandia Vodka, red berry liqueur, fresh lemon juice, pomegranate juice, fig bitters and topped with egg whites.
This cocktail is an exciting seasonal cocktail and has all those flavours we love.
Bah Rumbug – Cinnamon infused Bacardi 8 year rum, Don Zolio PX, maple syrup, black walnut bitters. Garnished with charred cinnamon stick and sliced fig. They’ve put a Saba Christmassy twist on the popular Old Fashioned favourite. Don’t be fooled by the name, this cocktail in full of Christmas spirit!
Snowball – Bacardi Carta Oro infused with popcorn blended with coconut puree, vanilla syrup and spices. This cocktail is a big hit in Saba at Christmas. This frozen cocktail gives you the feeling that it could be Christmas every day
Let It Sloe – Bombay Sapphire gin, spiced pear syrup, Sloe gin, and lemon juice. Garnished with pear and cinnamon. Gin is such a popular spirit at the moment and this cocktail is a perfect addition to the Saba Christmas favourites.
